A downloadable and Printable (PDF) Youth Calendar is now available on the Youth Page. The September calendar is there now and I’m working on October. Hopefully, this will help the youth parents and the students keep up with what’s going on. I’ve attached it to this post as well, but you can always get to it on the youth page.

Just a reminder to ALL who have kids — the Parenting Sunday School Class starts this Sunday, August 29th and will go from 9:45 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. It will be a 12-week class and will meet in the back of the Fellowship Hall on the window side. Carolyn Beaty will be leading this class.
This coming Sunday is youth creative Sunday. If you haven’t painted a cross for the youth wall, this is the time to do it. You’ll need a canvas to paint on. Paints and brushes are provided. You can get the canvases at Joanns, Michaels, or Hobby Lobby. Any size is fine as long as it’s not enourmous
We will have things to do for those of you that have already painted a cross as well.

A great big THANK YOU to everyone who came out for Sunday School Registration yesterday! It was a blessing to have all of God’s children in the chapel for a time of fellowship. We are excited to have this new method of registering everyone for Sunday School, and we look forward to this upcoming Sunday School year!
We’ve just started our Pioneer Club Wesley Walk campaign! Each child will try to raise at least $20 to go to Wesley Community Centers, Inc. The chidlren’s Wesley Walk will be on Wednesday, September 15th during Pioneer Club (6:30 – 7:30 p.m.). We hope you’ll come and join us that night as we learn more about what it means to help others in need.
*Parents, if you would like for your child to participate but do not have an envelope, please see Katie Atcheson! All money is due on or before the night of the Wesley Walk.
